Met Office heat health warning

The Met Office have issued a heat health warning predicting heatwave conditions over the coming weekend. Residents are encouraged to look out for neighbours, friends and relatives who may be at risk.
The NHS have produced a guide to looking after yourself and others during hot weather (opens new window) which contains simple ways to stay cool.
