An event for young people who are looking for guidance and help about their futures is being held on Tuesday, August 30, between 12pm and 4pm.
The open day, called 'It's Your Future', is being held at the Connexions One Stop Shop at 181 King Street, Hammersmith (next to the Town Hall), and is a chance for young people to find out more about education courses, training and careers.
The event is open to young people aged between 16 and 19 (up to the age of 25 for clients with learning difficulties or disabilities) and their parents or carers. Connexions Personal Advisers (PAs), local colleges, sixth forms and training providers will be taking part to give advice on what to do with GCSE results, how to kick-start careers, as well as general options available to young people.
