Get ready for Celebrating Fulham

The annual Celebrating Fulham festival takes place at the end of the month, promising an action-packed week of excitement for residents, businesses and visitors.

The event, running from Saturday June 26 to Sunday July 4, showcases the very best in the area’s history, talent and entertainment and provides the chance to discover some of Fulham’s hidden treasures.

This year will also see the launch of the I Love Fulham £5erFEST with Fulham businesses creating special £5 deals and treats that are kind to the pocket.

Cllr Frances Stainton, deputy mayor of H&F, said: “Celebrating Fulham is always one of the highlights of the year and this year will be no different. The aim of the week is not only to give residents, families and visitors a great experience, but to promote Fulham and boost business trade. Make sure you take advantage of the I Love Fulham £5erFEST and visit some of the exciting events that have been planned.”

Celebrating Fulham offers a huge variety of attractions for people of all ages throughout the week.

Highlights include these free events:

Normand Park Dog Show - Saturday June 26, 11.30am – 3pm
Categories at the free event include dog with the waggiest tail and cutest puppy. The competition will be judged by television programme Dog Borstal’s Rob Alleyne and excellent prizes are on offer. Fulham FEASTival - Sunday June 27, 12pm – 4pm
A mezze of food stalls from some of Fulham’s best loved restaurants, with sampling opportunities, cooking demonstrations and wine tasting. There will be live music and entertainment for all of the family.

Fair on the Green - Saturday July 3, 12pm – 5pm
A fabulous day out for all the family at Parsons Green. Two live stages of music and entertainment, hundreds of stalls, food court, fun fair and more.

Il Pagliaccio Cup, five-a-side football tournament - Sunday 4 July, from 9.30am onwards
