The Summit – dubbed 'Quiz the Leaders' – will also enable residents to hear first hand from police, health, fire and council leaders under one roof. The event will be held at Hammersmith Town Hall on Tuesday 10 November between 7-9pm.
Council leader Stephen Greenhalgh said: "There are some big issues facing our borough as this gives everybody the chance to hear from the leaders about how we are tackling these.
"At the same time we want to hear from local people about what they think and what their local priorities are.
"Over the last year I have been going out and talking to residents at ward level as part of my Leader Listens sessions. This event will enable people from across the borough to come together to debate and discuss the issues affecting them."
NHS Hammersmith and Fulham Chairman, Jeff Zitron, will be taking part in the summit. He said: "Public bodies need to work together to provide good quality, value for money, services. At the heart of getting it right is listening to and talking with residents. The summit is a great opportunity to do just that and I’m looking forward to hearing what local people have to say."
