Tennis courts, bookings and membership
The borough has tennis courts in the following locations

Booking
All the above courts can be reserved by contacting Sports Pitch Bookings on 020 8753 4103.
The courts are available 7 days a week, from 9am to dusk. You will need to become a member and pre-purchase games in order to book courts in advance. Advance bookings can be made 24 hours to 14 days in advance, except at weekends – all bookings for Saturday, Sunday and Monday should be made by the preceding Friday.

Membership
You will need to become a member and pre-purchase games in order to book courts in advance at a rate of £7. Download and complete a tennis membership application form and return it to the sports booking team. All applications will be subject to a 24hour turn around from receipt. If emailed or faxed call the following day to make payment via Credit Card. Once payment has been received bookings can then be made.

Pay and play
You are able to play without pre-booking by simply arriving and claiming an un-booked court, however, during the summer months it is advisable to pre-book through our system, as popular times will have already been booked.
Court fees of £9 for adults or £3.50 for children are paid directly to the mobile tennis assistants who will attend during your time of play.
Free play courts
The courts below are free to play on and require no booking.
Shepherds Bush Green, Shepherds Bush W12 (2 tennis courts) (free play)

Wormholt Park, Bryony Road, off Bloemfontein Road, W12 (1 court) (free play)
Cancellations
- Tennis bookings will be taken 24 hours in advance, except at weekends. All bookings for Saturday, Sunday, and Monday should be made by the preceding Friday.
- You must cancel courts no later than 2 days before your booking, except at weekends. All cancellations for Sunday, Monday and Tuesday should be made by the preceding Friday.
- Individual parks do not take bookings, although you may turn up and pay & play if there is a court free.
- If you turn up more than 10 minutes after your booked court time. Your courts may well have been sold on. If another court is free you may play on that, otherwise your credit will be lost.
- Credits will be issued only if you are prevented from playing due to bad weather.
