General Information
Basketball is a good for stamina, strength and suppleness. Basketball involves twisting and turning, and sudden stops and starts, so be careful to prevent wear and tear to your ankles and knees. There is also body contact, so you can also damage your fingers, hands and shoulders. But if you just play for fun there is much less risk. Getting involved in a club or a team can be a great way of meeting new friends.
