The new Phoenix Fitness Centre & Janet Adegoke Swimming Pool at Phoenix High School offers a range of family friendly activities for everyone living and working in the White City area.
The Phoenix Fitness Centre provides great fitness activities, seven days a week. The centre has a full range of modern cardiovascular equipment, resistance equipment and free weights in addition to exercise studios for fitness and dance classes.
Situated just off Bloemfontein Road, opposite Commonwealth Avenue, it is easily accessible by public transport or car - parking is available. A range of pay-as-you-go or monthly membership schemes is available.
Facilities include:
- 25m five lane pool with lounge and viewing area
- Full accessibility for disabled swimmers, with a further lane of the main pool providing an access ramp for wheelchair users
