The Market Place is a public notice board that gives you the opportunity to advertise your sale item, service or event to thousands of library customers across the borough. The service is being launched at Hammersmith, Fulham and Shepherds Bush libraries.
Library charges and fines
From 4th November 2010 all customers will incur charges for overdue items and reservations.
Customers who have a visual impairment will be exempt from charges on spoken word audio books and customers of the Home Library Service are exempt from all charges.
