You will need to register first then complete the form. A copy of your public liability insurance must be sent to the film office by fax or email.

» pdf icon Parking suspension form (pdf)
All parking in Hammersmith & Fulham is controlled, which means bays are shared by residents and visitors who pay and display. For small crews and short shoots of a few hours, paying and displaying normally suffices. Parking bays cannot be suspended for people carriers or cars. It is usually possible to pay and display these vehicles for the whole day for £2.20/£2.80 per hour.

However, if you are a large crew likely to be there for up to or more than a day you should complete a Parking Bay Suspension form (PDF). This needs to be completed and returned at least eight days in advance with the fee of £35 per 5 metre suspended bay. Usually the maximum allowed is 6 bays. If you need more than 30 metres or for more than 3 days then you will need to give 15 days notice. There is a £35 fee for any amendment or cancellation of a parking suspension.

Download and complete the parking suspension form and fax to Parking Services - fax: 020 8753 3267 and the film office – 020 8753 2247, with a list of trucks and diagram showing how they will be parked. Make sure Parking Services have received it by ringing them on 020 7371 5678.

Please note that you should not deposit traffic cones, scaffolding or anything onto the carriageway to reserve parking. Registration numbers are not needed. Payment must be made at least 8 days in advance.
