What our staff say
Staff satisfaction levels are very high, especially for an inner London borough.
Recruiting and retaining high-calibre staff has been a major factor in achieving our formidable record. Each year we ask staff for their feedback on their experience of working for the council. In 2009, results were very positive:
- Sixty per cent of staff say they are proud to work for H&F Council.
- Fifty six per cent say they get the training they need.
- Sixty per cent say their manager gives them regular feedback.
- Eighty three per cent say they've had a recent appraisal.
- Fifty eight per cent say bullying is not tolerated at H&F.
