Residential services for people with a learning disability
Two houses provide care and support for up to ten people in communal living settings. One of the homes provides a signing environment for people who have additional hearing impairments.
Support includes:
- assessment
- care
- skills training
- practical assistance
- escort to community settings
- advice and support
- People using the service have an allocated key worker to help them become more independent, develop and maintain social contacts and lead an active life.
