The council offers a scheme we call Direct Lettings.

What are the advantages for landlords ?

Our dedicated team provides :

• Rent in advance paid for some properties
• Housing benefit paid direct to you
• Free tenant introduction service
• Tenancy documentation drafted and completed
• Rent deposit guarantee 
• Free advice on managing and sustaining the tenancy
• The option to extend the agreement at the end of the fixed period
