Housing repairs

If you are are Council housing tenant and need to book a repair, please ring the repairs hub:

0800 093 31 32 if you are in the North of the borough or   

0800 131 34 23 if you are in the South.  

H&F Homes have contracted with two companies to undertake routine repairs to Council owned homes in Hammersmith and Fulham. They are Kier Support Services in the North of the Borough and Inspace Partnerships in the South. H&F Homes monitor these contractors carefully on their service targets, especially response times, appointment keeping and effective repairs performance.   Emergency gas, electric and other services are provided 24 hours a day throughout the year for all H&F Homes tenants.

In addition to these routine repairs, H&F Homes have a major planned programme of improvements to kitchens, bathrooms and heating systems known as the Decent Homes Programme. This is sheduled to continue until 2010. If you are an H&F Homes tenant or leaseholder and are on the programme, you will be notified in plenty of time to participate in planning meetings for your street or block.
