Emergency Housing
For people with no accommodation available tonight
This service is for people who have become homeless suddenly, as a result of fire or other emergency, and have had no time to make alternative arrangements or contact the council for help with homelessness prevention work.
Between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm Monday to Friday customers should come to the 1st Floor at the Housing Centre
Between 6pm and 9am Monday to Friday and all weekend customers should telephone the Emergency night and weekend housing service on 020 7386 7220

| Accessibility: | The Housing Centre is fully wheelchair accessible to customers. There is ramped access to the front entrance and lifted access to the 1st floor. Wheelchair accessible toilets are available on the ground floor. |
