Better Homes Grant
Grants of up to 50% of the cost of works up to a maximum of £3,000 per unit are available to help landlords refurbish their properties to meet the government's Decent Homes Standard.

Disabled Facilities Grant
We offer grants to help people who have a disability to adapt their home to make it easier for them to continue to live there or maintain their independence. The maximum grant is £30,000.

Empty Homes Grant:
Grants to a landlord to bring an empty property back into use to help meet housing need.
