Summary of grants available
Better Homes Grant
Grants of up to 50% of the cost of works up to a maximum of £3,000 per unit are available to help landlords refurbish their properties to meet the government's Decent Homes Standard.

Coldbuster Scheme:
A grant to help vulnerable people improve heating and insulation of their home. Maximum grant is normally £5,000.
Disabled Facilities Grant
We offer grants to help people who have a disability adapt their home to make it easier for them to continue to live there or maintain their independence. The maximum grant is £30,000.

Safe Homes Grant:
A grant to carry out urgent work to make your home safe for a vulnerable person/to live in. Maximum grant is £5,000.
Small Adaptations and Security:
Grants to carry out small adaptations or improve security for vulnerable persons. Small adaptation is a maximum £2,000. Security is a maximum £5,000.
Empty Homes Grant:
Grants to a landlord to bring an empty property back into use as social housing.
Other Landlords Grants:
Warm Homes Grant to improve heating and insulation for tenanted properties.
