We offer owners, private landlords and managers of residential properties comprehensive advice and assistance on all aspects of letting properties, leasing properties to the council and bringing back your empty properties into use.

We have a range of schemes available which aim to build and develop working partnerships with private landlords and to improve the standard and physical condition of properties in the borough. Our aim is to develop a meaningful and productive partnership with the private rented sector.
