What we offer:
- Free general advice on empty properties
- West London Grants to help those who want to let or lease their properties for five years
- Meeting owners or managers on site to discuss improvement or renovation options
- Links to private sector leasing and direct letting schemes
- Lists of builders, surveyors and architects
- Links to the council’s Home Improvement Agency to assist with contractors, overseeing works and obtaining permissions
- Links to free management and letting services with a guaranteed rental income
- Links to the police to provide advice on securing your empty property from illegal entry and squatting

The service is offered free of charge.
What financial help can I get?
If you agree to let the renovated property for five years using West London Grants then we can offer grant aid of up to £15,000 per unit of accommodation to bring it back to use.
All grants are subject to available funding and dependent on leasing your property for five years, please check for current situation.
