Information about the Decent Homes programme and programme finder
The Decent Homes programme was split over seven geographical areas, each of which were awarded to a partner contractor.
The programme comprised of carrying out works to properties in the following areas:
- external fabric repairs and redecoration,
- including windows, roofs and communal areas,
- internal refurbishment (Tenants Only) i.e kitchens, bathrooms and electrical rewiring.
The programme is coming to an end with the last contracts due to complete soon.
