Neighbourhood Agreements

Neighbourhood Agreements also known as Local Offers are a new way of tailoring the services of the Housing and Regeneration Department based on what tenants want.

We will ensure that we speak with residents and Hammersmith and Fulham Federation of Tenants and Residents Associations (HAFFTRA) by using a number of different methods to ensure that they tell us about the priority issues that require improvements in their neighbourhood. To ensure that we do not raise expectations we will agree with tenants their top 3-5 priorities and work together on improving them.

Residents are key partners in helping us to deliver the Neighbourhood Agreements and it is important that they tell us what works and what doesn’t work so well. Therefore joint monitoring groups will be set up to measure our performance against the agreements.

We currently have Neighbourhood Agreements for two areas and will have an additional 3 in place by the end of May 2011..

Coming soon:

  • Queen Caroline Street
  • Clem Atlee
  • William Church

In future this page will include further information on how to develop agreements for your area, how to get involved and how we are doing on meeting the targets set.
