If you have a disability and your home causes you problems, it may be possible to reduce these by altering or adapting your home to help you live life as fully and independently as possible.

We aim to help people of all ages (adults and children) to remain as independent as possible by advising on the use of equipment or ways to adapt the home.

» Council housing adaptations

If you have a disability and your council home causes you problems, it may be possible to reduce these by altering or adapting your home to help you live life as fully and independently as possible.

» Disabled facilities grants in private housing

We offer grants to help people who have a disability adapt their home to make it easier for them to continue to live there or maintain their independence.

» Occupational Therapy (OT) service

We work with people who cannot do things unaided, such as getting dressed, taking a shower, going up stairs and other everyday activities.
