Clients suitable for referral:
- Anyone over the age of 18 who is affected by drug use – including drug users, their families and friends and professionals.

- One to one key working sessions (appointments available on Wednesday evenings for individuals who work during the day)
- Open access/drop in (support, advice & information - no appointment necessary)
- One to one support for family and friends of anyone misusing drugs
- Aftercare – one to one support offered to individuals wanting to maintain a drug-free lifestyle
- Free needle exchange
- Hepatitis testing and vaccination clinic (Tuesdays)
- Group work programme (12 week)
- Complimentary therapies (ear accupuncture and herbal teas)

Clients suitable for referral:
- Anyone over the age of 18 who and has had contact with the criminal justice system (court, police or prison) and has past or present experience of drug use.
How to refer:
- Drop in (self referral)
- Referral from other agencies
- Referrals through testing positive to class A drugs on arrest
- Referrals from prisons
- Referrals from court either as part of a bail condition or for assessment for treatment as part of a community sentence
Services:
- Assessment for treatment needs
- Joint treatment planning
- One to one key working sessions (appointments available on Tuesday evenings for individuals who work during the day)
- Progress reports to court
- Support and referrals to access other agencies and drug treatment
- On site access to a Housing Advisor, Education and Training and Employment Advisor and Mental Health Worker.
- Rapid referral to on site Structured Day Programme

Who the service is for:
- Clients over 18 who are involved in the criminal justice system(Drug Intervention Programme (DIP)/DRR) and who are residents of Hammersmith and Fulham
How to refer:
- Referrals should be made through the clients DIP worker or Probation officer. If the client does not have a Drug Intervention Programme (DIP) worker please contact a member of the Stabilisation Team who can discuss how to make a referral.

- Bespoke Group work programme suited to clients individual treatment needs supported by weekly one-one sessions.
- Rolling 8-12 week programme

Social Work : Drugs and Alcohol Team (DAT)
We are a social work substance misuse team providing a service to clients who have experienced a substance misuse problem and are attempting to establish drug and alcohol free living. The team works in partnership with local NHS substance misuse and voluntary sector agencies.
Clients who meet the 'Fair access to care services'(FACS) eligibility criteria, through a comprehensive needs assessment can access the following services.

- structured day programmes
- aftercare
- 1-1 counselling
