Safeguarding adults
We can providing help and information if you feel unsafe, or are being treated badly in any way.
Daytime groups
Access to daytime groups including those offering entertainment, exercise and activities to develop skills or help with memory.
Carers
Support for carers. As a carer you can ask for an assessment in your own right, even if the person you care for does not wish to be assessed.
Sheltered housing
We can also help with the move to sheltered housing, extra care sheltered accommodation and nursing care homes for those who are assessed as needing more care or support.
