The Adults Rights Service is here to promote the rights of all adult service users who use any of the services provided by the Community Services Department in Hammersmith and Fulham.
A Guide to using the Adults Rights Service
Who is the service for?
The service is available to any adult service user who meets the following criteria:
- 18 years of age or older (there is no upper age limit).
- lives within the borough of Hammersmith & Fulham.
- receives any of the services for adults which are provided by Community Services.
These services include the following;
- Home Help Service
- Occupational Therapy
- Day Centres
- Residential Care
- Meals on Wheels
- Social Work
Enquiries and referrals can be made direct to the Adults Rights Officer or by someone acting on a service user's behalf, including family members, carers or friends.
