This service, the council's in-house day service for people living with mental health issues is being transformed and currently accepts referrals only from community mental health teams (CHMTs) on a four week basis.

Services offered:

The day service supports people who have enduring mental health needs by providing a flexible and responsive service to each individual who attends the centre, based on shared values of respect, unity and dignity.

Who the service is for:

This service is for people aged 18+ years who live in the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham and who have enduring mental health needs.

Referral information:

Referrals are accepted from community mental health teams (CMHTs) only – you cannot access these services directly. Ask your GP or CMHTs for advice about referrals

The Blakafe is a weekend drop-in service primarily for black people, particularly those people who are disengaged from statutory services. Lunch is provided in a setting that aims to provide support in a culturally relaxed and welcoming manner.
Opening hours Saturday 1pm-5pm, Sunday 12pm –4pm
