Respite Care for children with disabilities

The Haven

At the Haven we provide a short break service that cares for disabled children and young people in a safe, positive and stimulating environment. 

Our service is for children from nine to eighteen years old who have complex physical disabilities and who live in the borough of Hammersmith & Fulham.  

Children and young people can visit during the day or can stay for up to four nights.

We are based in a large, modern, single storey building with spacious living and dining rooms, recreational open space, sensory equipment, computer facilities and a large, enclosed sensory garden.

We have a range of specialist equipment to cater for the needs of children and young people with disabilities.

Our staff are experienced in looking after disabled children and the standard of our services is defined by the National Care Standards for Children's Homes and the Children's Home Regulations 2001.

The Haven is in Shepherds Bush.  It is close to a range of amenities and has good access by bus or tube.  There is also parking nearby.
