Hammersmith and Fulham fostering poster competition winners
Hammersmith & Fulham’s recently celebrated Foster Care Fortnight, which featured a wide range of events in the borough that aimed to educate people about fostering and raise awareness in the community of the benefits of becoming foster carers.
As part of the festivities, the recruitment & assessment team held its popular annual fostering poster competitions. This year there were three competition categories open to primary school children, secondary school children and looked after children, with 1st, 2nd & 3rd place winners in each category. The winners each received £100 pound vouchers at Argos. Councillor Lillis, Community & Children’s Services, presented the awards and certificates to all of the children at special award presentations in the borough.
