Sign video relay service

A new service for deaf residents in Hammersmith & Fulham

Hammersmith & Fulham are working with 'Significan’t' to provide a new service for Deaf residents to access council services. 

The service provides:

  • almost immediate BSL interpretation by a video screen which connects to a Sign Video Call Centre (SVCC) 
  • contact with all council services, such as council tax, parking fines, or housing repair.

No appointment is necessary - just let a staff member know that you wish to use the service.

The service is available from 9.00am to 5.00pm at two sites in the north and south of the borough.
