Q: Can I sign the application on behalf of my husband/wife/son/daughter?
A: Only in certain circumstances where the applicant is unable to sign the application. eg: young children or applicants whose condition renders them unable to sign. In these cases (not young children) proof of power of attorney needs to be supplied.
