Respite short breaks
Hammersmith & Fulham learning disabilty service offers short respite breaks and overnight stays for people with a learning disability to give their carers a break. During a stay staff will help people to use and develop the skills they need for everyday life. The service is designed for people who need a high level of support and facilities include specialist aids and adaptations, disabled access, en suite bathrooms and a lift.

Referrals to the short break service are made through the Learning Disability Team on 020 8383 6464.
