Social Services Minibus Service     

The Minibus Service  provides transport services to disabled and elderly service user to attend day centres and luncheon clubs within Hammersmith & Fulham. It is also used for day time and evening outings, journeys to and from placements and college runs. This service is operated by Social Services, 7 days a week and 52 weeks a year.        

Opening hours: 7.30am - 5pm, Mon to Fri
