Civic Services Minibus Service     

The minibus service  provides door to door accessible transport to disabled and elderly service users attending day centres and luncheon clubs within Hammersmith & Fulham. It is also used for day time and evening outings, journeys to and from placements and college runs. This service is operated by social services, seven days a week and 52 weeks a year.
