Children and Young People's Partnership Board

The Hammersmith & Fulham Children and Young People’s Partnership Board provides the structure and framework to enable the agencies involved in delivering the Every Child Matters agenda to fulfil the requirements of the Children Act 2004 and implement the Children and Young People’s Plan. It brings together representatives from the key organisations working for children and young people in the Borough.

They include the children’s services, and housing, commissioners and providers of health services, schools, the metropolitan police as well as community and voluntary organisations. These agencies need to jointly plan, commission and monitor services and outcomes for children in the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham.

When does the board meet?
The board meets four times a year – usually in September, December, March and May. Meetings are usually held in Hammersmith Town Hall, King Street W6 9JU at 4pm
