Young carers

Weekly group sessions are held offering support specifically to young carers, whilst creating a link with the wider services offered for young people and their families living in Hammersmith and Fulham.
A junior and senior group meet as follows:
Junior Group (5 – 11 year olds)
Meet every Saturday from 2pm – 5pm during term time only. This is a dedicated group for junior young carers which will include support and activity workshops.
Senior Group (12 – 19 year olds)
Meet every Thursday from 6.30pm – 9.30pm during term time only. This will include a dedicated session for young carers from 6.30-7.30pm and then general activities from 7.30-9.30pm.
