The advocacy service exists to support adults in receipt of Adult Social Care or people who believe that they may be entitled to Adult Social Care. The following list includes some of the matters we will help you deal with.

Direct payments problems
Service delivery problems
Blue Badge problems
Freedom Pass problems
Homelessness
Access to children

In some cases referrals may be placed on a waiting list, with priority given to those where physical or mental harm may be imminent.

Who can use the service?

Any person who is in receipt of or who may be entitled to Adult Social Care and their family or carers who live in or use services of Hammersmith and Fulham Borough Council.

Who can make a referral?

You can refer yourself or a friend, a relative, carer, or a professional can refer you.  You can also seek referral through our partner organisations. 

The Advocacy Service is free.
