Social services works with the Hammersmith & Fulham Carers' Centre to provide support to anyone caring for someone in the borough.

Drop-in to the carers' centre on Hammersmith Road and our social work team will help you get the support you need from our specialist teams. We can also advise on disability registration, blue parking badges and freedom passes.
