Household waste and recycling collection days have changed. We now collect your refuse and recycling on the same day.

Your bags may be collected any time from 6am. Refuse should be presented for collection outside your premises in heavy-duty refuse sacks or dustbins - refuse should not be placed in flimsy carrier bags, kitchen bin liners or presented loose. Please have your refuse available for collection either after 9pm on the evening before your collection day, or before 6am on your collection day. Make sure refuse is placed in your front garden or outside your property where it is clearly visible. 

Bulky items

Remember if you have » bulky items you can dispose of them using the councils collection service.  

Missed collections

If your rubbish sacks are not collected, you can report the missed collection online. The sacks will be collected within 24 hours.
