Refuse and recycling bank holiday collections
Hammersmith and Fulham council will now be collecting both refuse and recycling on all bank holidays, except at Christmas and New Year when special arrangements will apply.
This means there will be no disruption to your service should your normal collection day fall either on a Monday or on any other day during a bank holiday week.
Please place your bags out ready for collection in the normal way - after 9pm on the day before collection, or before 6am on collection day.
Christmas and New Year refuse and recycling schedules
Refuse and recycling collection schedules over the Christmas period will be as normal, unless your normal collection day is Friday. Collections on Christmas Day (Friday 25 December) and New Year’s Day (Friday 1 January) will, instead, be picked up on Sunday December 27 and Sunday January 3.
