Report rubbish waste and recycling problems

Rubbish, waste and recycling

Refuse and recycling collection days have changed

Refuse and recycling bags

Check your new collection day: Enter your postcode in the Myh&f search on the hompage or view our map and street list pdf.

We now collect your refuse and recycling at the same time. Please check your collection day and put your refuse and recycling out for collection either after 9pm on the evening before your collection day, or before 6am on your collection day. Refuse and recycling should be put in your front garden or outside your property where it is clearly visible. Please put refuse out in heavy duty refuse sacks or dustbins. Please do not use flimsy carrier bags, kitchen bin liners or put loose items out for collection. Read the press release »

Recycling

In 2007/ 08 residents recycled 27% of household waste, a 3% increase since last year!  We'd like to say a big "thank you" to all participating residents and ask everyone to continue helping us to reduce the quantity of rubbish we have to send to landfill each year by recycling as much as you can.
