A message from H&F Homes
I appreciate that many of you may have heard some confusing messages about possible future plans for this area.
As your landlord, H&F Homes’s responsibility is to ensure that you have all the facts at your disposal while making sure we are on hand to answer any other questions you may have.
At the moment H&F Council is looking at ways it can bring improvements to the area, including these estates. Those improvements could involve offering our existing tenants better quality homes in the same area as you are living now.
However, no decisions have been made and we now want to talk to local people extensively to find out what you think.
Let me reassure you that H&F Council and H&F Homes only wants the very best for people currently living on these estates - that is why we are thinking about ways of bringing possible improvements to the area. However, we will not support anything that we do not think is in the best interests of local residents. Finding out what you would like to see happen and what is important to your family is hugely important to us. That is why we will be holding a series of events andI very much hope you can spare time to pop by.
