Reuse and recycling centres

Reuse and recycling centres

Western Riverside Waste Authority operate two local Reuse and Recycling centres which residents of Hammersmith & Fulham can use to dispose of household waste from their own residence, free of charge.

Click on the links below for opening times and what you can recycle at each site.

Works to refurbish the Smugglers Way site started in mid-August 2011 and are expected to be completed in late April 2012. Whilst the existing site is being developed, a temporary site will be situated just 200 metres west, at Feathers Wharf, off the Causeway, which can be accessed by car via Smugglers Way from Swandon Way. Visit the Western Riverside website for a map and details of the refurbishment.

Once the refurbishment of the Smugglers Way site is complete the Cringle Dock site will be permanently closed in May 2012. Visit the Western Riverside website for more information about the closure.
