Smart Sack deliveries

Smart Sacks are single-use orange bags used to collect recycling.

We will deliver Smart Sacks four times a year. If you live in a:

• house or house that has been converted into flats, you will receive a roll of 23 Smart Sacks. These will be left on your door-step or in your front garden
• a small block of flats, you will receive a roll of 23 Smart Sacks. Depending on the arrangements at your block, these will be left outside your door, in a communal area or with your caretaker/porter
• a flat above a shop, you will receive 2 flat packs of 10 Smart Sacks. These will be posted through your letter box.

If you live in a large block of flats, on an estate or in a mansion block you will have a Smart Bank and a reusable bag for your recycling instead of Smart Sacks.

The Smart Sack delivery crew works to a three month delivery schedule, starting in the south of the borough and working their way north. If you run out of Smart Sacks before your next delivery, you can order a roll on-line or collect some from one of our collection points.
