Contaminated Land Inspection Strategy

Under the Environmental Protection Act 1990, all local authorities in England are required to produce, and implement a Contaminated Land Inspection Strategy. The aim of the Strategy is to identify any remaining sites in the borough that may have contamination issues so that they can be cleaned up and made suitable for use.
