Environmental quality - Contaminated land
The Environmental Quality Team deals with the identification of contaminated land under the Part IIA of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 and the improvement of land quality through the planning process. We also deal with enquiries and produce environmental searches.
» Contaminated land enquiries Click here if your property has been identified as being on potentially contaminated land or if you are interested in finding more information about your property in relation to land quality. Also if you are planning to develop a site then it is recommended that you have a search undertaken to provide you with information held by the Council relating to contaminated land.
