Unitary Development Plan (UDP)

The Unitary Development Plan (as amended in September 2007) has been partly superseded by the Local Development Framework Core Strategy which was adopted by the council on 19th October 2011. The UDP policies that have not been superseded will continue to be used alongside the Core Strategy until they are replaced by the emerging Development Management Development Plan Document (DPD), which is expected to be adopted in late 2012.
