Unitary Development Plan  
If you require planning permission to develop your premises see the Unitary Development Plan (UDP) for current Local planning policies against which your application will be considered.  View the UDP online or purchase a hard copy from our reception on the third floor of the Hammersmith town hall extension.

The revised Unitary Development Plan was adopted by Hammersmith & Fulham Council in August 2003. It is an alteration of the 1994 UDP and is the statutory development plan for the whole Borough. The UDP sets out the Council’s framework for development, development control and conservation in Hammersmith & Fulham.

Local Development Scheme and Framework  
We are currently working on the new Local Development Framework which will replace the UDP in a few years time. View details on the Local Development Scheme and Framework online.
