Hammersmith and Fulham adult learning and skills services (HFALS)
Offer CIEH level 2 award in Food Safety and Catering training course.
This course is has been designed to address the food safety needs and is essential for anyone who handles food. As well as those working in catering, hospitality including hotels, restaurants, cafes, bars, fast food outlets, takeaways, kitchens, hospitals, schools and colleges it is also useful for childcare students, childminders, community groups and voluntary organisations.
The one day course takes place on various Saturdays throughout the year at Macbeth Centre. It costs £60 and includes CIEH level 2 exam and food safety book

Courses leading to qualifications awarded by Highfield Awarding Body for Compliance (www.highfieldabc.co.uk) or the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (www.cieh.org) are on offer. Training is delivered near Earls Court, or can take place at your premises (subject to certain criteria). Course delivery options:

Food Safety Training, Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering is being offered at the council by jkcatering solutions.
