What are the required dimensions of a unisex toilet to comply with the building regulations?

Part 'M' of the building regulations (access and facilities for disabled people,) in Section 4.16 clearly indicates that the dimensions for a unisex toilet should by 1.5 X 2ms. 

Normally in a rectangular formation with the door swing out into a corridor or other open space.  It is worth noting that the provision of this type of toilet does not require a lobby unlike the usual office, shop and restaurant premises.
