Dimensions of unisex toilet

What are the required dimensions of a unisex toilet to comply with the building regulations?
Part 'M' (Diagram 18 - Page 55) of the building regulations (access and facilities for disabled people) indicates the dimensions for a unisex toilet should be 1.5m x 2.2m.
Normally in a rectangular formation with the door swing out into a corridor or other open space. It is worth noting that the provision of this type of toilet does not require a lobby unlike the usual office, shop and restaurant premises.
