• You can do it when it is convenient for you - the system is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
• You can edit your application right up to the closing date - you can change preferences without having to contact the admissions team and start again with new forms.
• You have the security of knowing that your application is valid and has been accepted - you get an auto receipt and reference number when you submit the completed application.
• You can check the outcome of your application earlier - if you apply online you can see which school you have been offered on the evening of 18 April 2012 (primary) or I March 2012 (secondary) - you don't have to wait to be notified by post a day or two later

This application form is for Hammersmith & Fulham residents only. If your child has a statement of special educational need, please do not complete this form, contact your child’s nursery teacher instead.

This application form is to be used by Hammersmith & Fulham residents who are applying for a reception primary school place for their child, born between 1 September 2007 and 31 August 2008. If you live outside Hammersmith & Fulham, you must complete the form issued by the borough where you live. Before completing your form, please read the guidance notes provided. Completed forms must be returned to the address on the back of this form by 15 January 2012, preferably earlier

This application form is for Hammersmith & Fulham residents only. If your child has a statement of special educational need, please do not complete this form, contact your child’s headteacher instead.

This application form is to be used by Hammersmith & Fulham residents who are applying for a year 7 secondary school place for their child, born between 1 September 2000 and 31 August 2001. If you live outside Hammersmith & Fulham, you must complete the form issued by the borough where you live. Before completing your form, please read the guidance notes provided. Completed forms must be returned to the address on the back of this form by 31 October 2011, preferably earlier.
