Phoenix High BSF plans
Our Schools of Choice programme for improving secondary schools across the borough will bring a brand-new £9million sixth form centre for Phoenix High School.

Four storeys high
130 places in 2010 followed by an additional 130 places in 2011, making a grand total of 260.

There will also be major remodelling and refurbishment of the rest of the site.
Ofsted rating - ‘outstanding’.
In recognition that it is a high-performing school, the government has given approval for the school’s expansion ahead of schedule.
The White City campus
Right next door to Phoenix High we also plan to build a new home for Cambridge special school along with integrated community services such as adult education and youth services, to create an exciting new collaborative campus for children and adults in the north of the borough. Read more...
